Not properly yet, in the current version.

Yes.

Of the Linux ones, ALSA. But Etoys works better with PA's OSS emulation than its ALSA emulation IIRC.

I think in a regular Fedora install "rpm -f `which padsp`" should find it.
My guess is that it is in pulseaudio-utils.
