The eeePC should have plenty of resources for this. I would use a
seperate USB stick or SD card (handy to increase storage and it
doesn't stick out.) Download the SoaS ISO file onto the USB or SD
card. Then use LiveUSB Creator in Wiindows to create another USB
stick. This should let you specify the persistent storage when you
create the stick.
