Same behavior: continous restart from "wheel" on graphics startup after 
bars >f13

This seems to fix it:

* update sugar-artwork-0.88.0-2.fc13.i686.rpm :
 rpm -Uvh

*yum install gdm* hal*

<satellit_414> Now it works and IRC starts fine.
*installed analyze from ASLO in browse
<satellit_414> local xmpp only (no presence service in log)
<satellit_414 has quit (Remote host closed the connection)
