This works:

( In Vmware Workstation running the .iso)

su -
# yum remove sugar-xoirc

#rpm -Uvh http://kojipkgs.fedoraproject.org/packages/sugar-xoirc/6/4.fc13/noarch/sugar-xoirc-6-4.fc13.noarch.rpm

IRC starts fine as version 6.0

Sorry for any duplication of bugs....
