The use case is a laptop cart of Macbooks that are owned by the school,
there are two carts for the school, its not 1 to 1.  Thus


   - Students may not get the same laptop each time.
   - Students will also want to work on the 6 desktops in the classroom and
   on the desktops in the computer lab
   - Students can not take the laptops home
