[SoaS] bad soas file name

Someone uploaded a file named soas-strawberry.iso. I've now replaced it
with a symbolic link for clarity and to save some disk space.

For the future, I think we'd better link to our download page rather
than directly to a specific release iso which will quickly become
obsolete.
