[SoaS] Bug with locked wireless systems

Thanks Martin,
I am working with Luke and others to figure out how and what tools to use
and then experimenting with how to arrange our human processes around them.
 I notice you also commented on some of my activity ideas. :)

I'm putting this one in my reminder pile for next week.
