[SoaS] Sugar Survey

Hi Tabitha,
Just a note before we hit the road again, the purpose of the survey would be to find out what computers (including some "oldies") are actually being used in the schools and the relative numbers. This way, Sugar Labs can concentrate on getting versions out that will reach the largest numbers of children. For example, there is currently no way to run Sugar on the PowerPC Macs. What if it turns out that 30% of the computers in use in schools are PowerPC Macs and there are no plans to replace them? That would indicate a real need. However, if only 5% were Power PC Macs, it would seem that would have a low priority.
Asking about software they would like to have would give us a nice list to make available to developers who want to create new Activities, instead of having them think... oh this would be fun and writing something that has little educational value.
Sugar Labs hasn't really asked these questions before in a way that would get many answers. Educators aren't flocking to the website to give input. We need to go to them.
