Might lead to more confusion though. That name very much resembles  
"Etoys-To-Go" which simply runs from a USB stick as application under  
Mac OS and Windows and Linux, but does not require booting from the  
stick to work:

If there was a VM-based Sugar version (e.g., a customized Virtual Box  
application) then "to go" might be appropriate for it.
