[SoaS] [Please Read] SoaS v2 RC Issues

Yes, the SFC has agreed to make a legal recommendation for or against
bundling some eBooks with a Sugar distribution, but we will certainly
not have a response by today.

We will deal with this by promoting the new eBooks wiki page in the
two guest blog posts.

I will have the press release draft later on (deadline is late afternoon EST)
