[Marketing] Question about the plans for languages for our YouTube channel

Hi Devin,
Just checking in as former SL marketing to mention that I can't help you
with this one. No doubt the goal was to set up different channels, but I
think this was after me so post-2011 I guess.
I know it wasn't me because I always use lowercase ISO-639 alpha-2 or
alpha-3 for languages, I would not have ISO-3166 alpha-2.
