Hi

I am just joining the Sugar Labs community as a GSoC Mentor, and I also am
finding the wiki to have a lot of stale information, and the websites to be
quite sprawling and in need of some 'wiki gardening' and general
'information architecture'.

Who runs the existing web site infrastructure and who are the stakeholders
that authorise changes to prominent pages?
