[Marketing] 2010 MarketLab study SL mission statement

This study (on Marketing Team homepage) had flaws, but the methodology of
interviewing 85 community members was sound.

Here's a reminder of their suggested mission statement:

Sugar Labs is an educational nonprofit dedicated to enhancing the learning
experience of children worldwide through the use of free open-source
software.
