This Popular Science article raises a number of valid points. With the
launch of the Sugar-free tablet, the writer is understandably confused
about whether XO laptops still exist. The way to deal with this is to loan
the writer a pair of XO-4s for evaluation and brief him on the work being
done on Sugar as well as XO laptop deployments interested in the XO tablet.
The sea change towards tablets affecting the industry impacts institutional
educational buyers and that story is at least as compelling as "OLPC
flounders".
