[Marketing] Vivitar announces MSRP of under $150 USD for XO tablet

I realized I left off the URLs for the XO Tablet. The product page on Sakar
/ Vivitar is also live. We should expect a customer portal for the XO App
Store and support pages to appear when the product ships.
