[Marketing] Etymology of Dextrose

My good friend Bill Kendrick of Tuxpaint fame just posted an article
on Facebook on "Optical Rotation", tangentially related to the meaning
of Dextrose. From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Optical_rotation:
"In fact, one name for glucose, dextrose, refers to the fact that it
causes linearly polarized light to rotate to the right or dexter side"

Thought I'd pass it along.
