[Marketing] mixup about Slipstream in Vuelta Ciclista race this week

Marya called to say there was a mixup... Team Chipotle will race next
year, not this year (they were in Uruguay in March already and had
done well, won a couple of stages).

They are eager to promote SL there a year from now, and sooner elsewhere.

Not sure how mixup happened, but no big deal since press coverage is
light, contest will take place anyway of course.
