[Marketing] new changes to draft PR

Marya at Slipstream has contributed edits in the first two grafs which
I have implemented. She is suggesting a second cycling-focused version
for the team site & social media which will spotlight Uruguay and not
the previously announced sponsorship.

Thanks to those who have assisted - there will be time today to hone
it before it is submitted at the end of the day EST

Special thanks to Sebastian who has hit the ground running with a
translation of the first draft - Sebastian, you may want to wait until
later today to fix final es version
