[Marketing] Fedora's Sugar on a Stick Talking Point

I tried to take a stab at it, but I'm not sure exactly who we're
aiming for with this talking point (at least from the Sugar Labs
side). Fedora-wise, we're aiming at "general Fedora users," who tend
to be a more dev-centric bunch - contributors as well as users - so if
we want to do the "and this makes it easier for you to help with
Sugar" angle, that's something to think about.
