[Marketing] Sugar Marketing direction

Hi Sean,

You mentioned documenting the sugar marketing direction on the wiki so
that us non marketing mere mortals could be aware of the marketing
direction to make it as easy as possible to adhere to it rather than
having to randomly guess what the "Marketing pillars" of Sugar are. Is
there a draft of this about so I can have a read?
