[Marketing] Donate button

[Bernie Innocenti]

Matt from the Free Software Foundation noted that we don't even have a
donate button on our web site. He designed a banner for the large black
empty area on the front page.

Unless someone is opposed, I could do the work to put it online, and
also convert the website to a git repository, as was discussed some time
ago.
