t Systemes
PLM software=2C CAD programs and a myriad of other proprietary software tha=
t supports the programs
they run at the technical schools. Open source is something they are just b=
eginning to look into.
Campus Programs:

olsTechnicalCampuses/CampusPrograms/tabid/2665/Default.aspx
In the move to virtualized desktops they are trying to leverage all the inv=
estments they have made and get
to the point where they can offer any application on demand through a web i=
nterface. All Oakland County
schools have some wired internet access. Because these investments into sof=
tware are pretty substantial
in this instance finding a way for Sugar to run alongside them in virtualiz=
ation may be appropriate.=20
I understand that this may be a different scenario from many other location=
s throughout the world=2C but much like getting=20
SoaS to run on any platform=2C getting Sugar to run alongside in virtualiza=
tion may be another path to Sugar being used
by many more children.
