Karlie,

I have forwarded this to sugar labs marketing.  What you are looking
for sounds like the workshop/presentation Caroline and Walter are
giving at conferences.

As far as messaging, a half day or day long workshop with teachers
using Sugar would be great.

Base on the rate of progress on SoaS and virtualization, I would guess
the by fall 90% of users will be able to get Sugar running on their
laptop.  Having a couple of spare laptops on hand for the systems that
won't run, should let a workshop move forward without a hitch.
