[Marketing] Request for a picture of the Boot Helper CD

Hi folks,

sorry for being so late with my reply. Yeah, I had made some CDs, but 
didn't see that e-mail in time (was preparing to get off LinuxTag then).

Mike: Great work - not only for the photo, but the whole artwork. :)
