[Marketing] Sugar Boot CDs

Hi,
I think it makes sense to give out full live CDs.
I think it only makes sense to give out Boot Helper CDs with USBs or people
will be hopelessly confused by them.
I wish there was one CD that could do both :) It would look for a USB and
if it wasn't there it would boot Sugar from the CD.
