[Marketing] RFC: Sugar Labs DC Horizontal Banner for NECC

We've determined that we can only go with a horizontal banner for NECC
without the rollup case. One of our club members is loaning us a
tradeshow display that he has used at previous NECCs. It has black
fabric panels to which we can velcro stuff:

We intend to reuse the Sugar Learning Platform banner in Jeff's
classrooms, at a local outdoor folk festival and at user group
meetings throughout July and August. I will be sending the artwork to
the local FedEx Office, who can turn it around in about 4 days. This
is how the banner I did for the Learning Club last year was displayed:

Attached is my adaptation of the rollup banner artwork to horizontal
format and slightly shorter height to match the aspect ratio of the
FedEx banner format.
