For Columbia we set up a co.sugarlabs.org wiki instance.  We could do
the same for DC.

One of the goals is to local labs be as autonomous as possible...
Sugar Labs just provides a common mission, vision, and values and
infrastructure resource.

I have just set up the domain @dc.sugarlabs.org as a gmail accout for
you.  Bernie will have to work a bit of wizarardy before it will be
fully functional.

I have emailed direction to both mike and bernie.
