75+ education magazines, portals, newsletters, & journals for PR list

I have compiled a list of over 75 information sources for educators.

The idea is that educators of all stripes should know about Sugar:
what it is doing, what it will do. With SoaS, they will be able to see
Sugar for themselves after reading about it.

In some cases, the focus is higher education and not K-12, but I agree
with the assessment stated previously that Sugar Labs volunteers may
well be found in universities.

A dozen or so are scholarly peer reviewed journals, but many of them
have a blog or newsletter to stay abreast of developments in between
infrequent paper publication.

I have e-mail addresses for most of these and will run down the ones I don't.
