Christian,

do you think our favicon needs to be replaced, or at least come in
multiple colors like the logo?

Making the favicons colors match the logo in the page would make it
easy to visually associate open tabs with specific services such as
trac, wiki, git...

Also, I think the .ico file should contain also the 16x16 and 24x24
images.  Some browsers are unable to scale it automatically.
