This is a very positive step that should have happened a long time ago when it was first proposed and discussed in a visioning discussion at an OLPC-SF meeting many years ago. I hope we do it wisely, checking on which state's laws of incorporation are most
advantageous for us before committing to anything. I look forward to seeing this happen soon!</div>

work together all of these years! While it was tough for us to come to <br>
the decision to terminate Sugar Lab's fiscal sponsorship agreement, we <br>
know it's the right move for Sugar to have a new chapter. We believe <br>
strongly in Sugar Labs' mission and look forward to seeing you succeed. <br>
In short, we're really excited to help Sugar Labs get on its feet in a <br>
new organization!<br>

I'm available to make sure this happens as smoothly as possible and am <br>
available on IRC, email or phone to answer any questions anyone has <br>
about the process.<br>
