To date, I have not seen a similar email to the IAEP list. Why?</p> <p><br> </p> <p>There is one small difficulty (at least). This email, in Castellaño only, includes a reminder that the deadline for new members to indicate they want to be included in the vote is September 27, 2017 (two days ago).
