      of the Board. </blockquote></div><br>Its not that I mistrust the board or think things are being done 'behind members backs.' Its that I see the board's processes as dysfunctional and at cross-purposes with the org's stated values. I don't mean to imply that the board members themselves are dysfunctional people, and I can only keep repeating that is not what I mean. </div></div>
