As I see it, what needs to be done is: 1- Tally up a list of current Sugar Members's emails (starting from <a href="http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/Sugar_Labs/Members/List">here</a>) 2- Setup a survey to ask if they want to stay active, voting members (I propose to use the LimeSurvey software. Infrastructure team can set it up and it's easy to use.) 3- Get familiar with Selectricity, our current voting mechanism. Get access to the voting machine. 4- Improve the voting experience. For instance, en español instructions are a must in this community. 5- Determine in consensus when an election will take place. If we can be formally appointed, I'm certain you will be able to contribute to every step of the process.
