In this webinar, David Lippman from Pierce College will introduce <a href="http://Opentextbookstore.com" target="_blank">Opentextbookstore.com</a> and <a href="http://MyOpenMath.com" target="_blank">MyOpenMath.com</a>. <a href="http://Opentextbookstore.com" target="_blank">Opentextbookstore.com</a> provides a short list of open textbooks covering algebra through calculus that are ready-to-adopt, are available in printed form, and often have additional ancillaries available. <br><br>For many of these books, <a href="http://MyOpenMath.com" target="_blank">MyOpenMath.com</a> provides free, online, algorithmically generated homework, similar to WebAssign, which can be used by instructors with their classes, or by students for self-study. Many even include video lessons, classroom worksheets, and other resources. David will share the precalculus courses he created and his experiences using them in his classes.
