Looking into how active these lists are or aren't might be a good project for a rainy or sick day;-) One small initial idea which has come up is to merge <a href="mailto:olpc-open@lists.laptop.org">olpc-open@lists.laptop.org</a> with <a href="mailto:grassroots@lists.laptop.org">grassroots@lists.laptop.org</a> and possible move the result into iaep since the traffic on both lists is very low indeed and they seem to provide very little value by themselves.
