This would be useful for developers but in the use case we are primarily desigining for, a school, everyone in that school will have the same Sugar Version. For most Sugar users the neighborhood would all have the same build<br>

This would be a way to know from the Neighborhood what features the<br>
buddy has.<br>
Also the tags visible in analyze could be used by programmers for future<br>
OS dependent features.<br>
