</blockquote></div><br>That's a bit unfounded: Canonical submits a large number of patches in proportion to the number of people under their employ.<br><br>I'm sure an argument can be made that often patches made to packages in <i>universe</i> don't always get back to Debian or the orginal vendor, but most of the time it's due to politics or simply lack of time.<br>
