Or someone could write a script in 15 minutes to disambiguate via #redirect every CamelCase and Camel Case page on the wiki. Presumably there is a plugin for this somewhere.

2008/6/22 Chris Leonard <cjlhomeaddress@gmail.com>:
I guess Dfarning doesn't hate CamelCase as much as some people do, these appear to have came about during the massive (and largely excellent) wiki-refactoring effort he undertook. However, I do understand that in general CamelCase is frowned on by "right-thinking people". :-) Personally, I sort of like CamelCase and encourage it's use (over spaces) for filenaming within my firm's Windows environment. This avoids the occasionally painful refactoring that can come from later transfer to removable media or web-based document management systems with their restrictions on space characters in filenames or on filename length; but when in Rome. . .

Ivan, this is the sort of thing (a CamelCase refactoring) that belongs on the wikiteam "to do" list (http://wiki.sugarlabs.org/go/WikiTeam/TODO), I wouldn't expect it to get the highest priority, but if you'll explain Bitfrost to me sometime, I'll undertake some wiki standardization away from CamelCase :-)

On a related note, I just looked at the wiki and saw that someone created all the team pages named as CamelCase. Why is that being done, given that MediaWiki supports actual spaces in page names and CamelCase is less readable and generally discouraged?
