[IAEP] GCI discontinued - backup plan

I have not had the bandwidth to really wrap my head around how to do
this yet. Coming up with projects is not a problem. Global outreach
w/o Google will be a challenge. @tincho maybe we can grab a few
minutes to discuss this?
