[IAEP] [SLOBS] Sugar Labs changing directions

To add to what Walter has said, we're also glad we had the chance to 
work together all of these years! While it was tough for us to come to 
the decision to terminate Sugar Lab's fiscal sponsorship agreement, we 
know it's the right move for Sugar to have a new chapter. We believe 
strongly in Sugar Labs' mission and look forward to seeing you succeed. 
In short, we're really excited to help Sugar Labs get on its feet in a 
new organization!

I'm available to make sure this happens as smoothly as possible and am 
available on IRC, email or phone to answer any questions anyone has 
about the process.
