[IAEP] [Sugar-devel] Sugar Labs oversight board elections

I'd love to volunteer my time for the oversight board this time as I've a
deep respect for it's mission. I'd like to assure you of my timely response
in the meetings, and any other involvement with the community-- incase
elected.
