[IAEP] Tuxmath 2.0.3 for XO's on F18

Hello,

Today I built the latest upstream version of tuxmath (2.0.3) with two
patches for tuxmath and SDL_image from this BZ report
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=829419.

For testing this version, you just need 2 rpms package:
- tuxmath-2.0.3.rpm from here: http://dev.laptop.org/~german/tuxmath203/
- SDL_image from here: http://dev.laptop.org/~german/2018/SDL_image/

There are 2 versions intel (XO-1 and XO-1.5) and arm (XO-1.75 and XO-4).

for testing on XO-1 and XO-1.5, run this command on terminal
- sudo rpm -Uvh tuxmath-2.0.3-2.fc18.i686.rpm
- sudo rpm -Uvh SDL_image-1.2.12-4.fc18.i686.rpm

for testing on XO-1.75 and XO-4, run this command on terminal
- sudo rpm -Uvh tuxmath-2.0.3-2.fc18.armv7hl.rpm
- sudo rpm -Uvh SDL_image-1.2.12-4.fc18.armv7hl.rpm

I hope this help some people using tuxmath on XO's around the world,
also you can find sources if more work is needed.
