[IAEP] [SLOBS] Urgent Motion: To add three contributors into the membership/election committee

It's +1 from me.

But I will leave SLOBs once this happen, I honestly don't have time, and I
no longer feel motivated to be part of the SLOBs.
I will remain as a Sugar Labs, and will mantain some systems if required.
