[IAEP] [SLOBS] [SLOB] email motion re Scratch Conference

I'll follow Lionel's lead on this one. Fossil fuels traveling these days
should be avoided..

Additionally, SLOB's should be clear with the community and highlight the
fact that according to current Software Freedom Conservancy travel policies
no cash advance can be approved for members.


This is the same reason that made Ignacio's request rejected by the
Conservancy.

If we need a change in the Software Freedom Conservancy travel policy, we
should appoint our representative to discuss the options with the
Conservancy.
