[IAEP] Funds request for Scratch2017BDX (Scratch Conference)

Hello,

I and Ibiam Chihurumnaya were chosen to represent Sugar Labs at the biggest
ever Scratch International Conference at Bordeaux, France. Which is
schedule to start from 17th of July to 22nd June. I recently traveled to
Nairobi, Kenya. Which i gave a talk around Sugar and Sugar Labs at the
Scratch2017Nairobi [2] conference fully funded by the scratch team at
bordeaux.

But this time, they only offered to cover my travel cost to bordeaux. So i
and Ibiam came up with this proposal [1], to see if we can get funded by
the community. We will really appreciate if we can get quick response from
the board so that we can go on with other tasks(visa processing).
