FYI on 2017-06-20 MOTION 2017-11 has failed:
Proposed by Laura Vargas, seconded by Samson Goddy [1]
<https://lists.sugarlabs.org/archive/iaep/2017-June/019872.html>
"Sugar Labs will allocate a budget (To Be Defined) for "professional
services" required to create a fitable image for Samson's and Ibiam's young
XO partners in Africa. Sugar Labs will make an open call to the mailing
list to find one or more professional to do it."

(2 in favor, 5 abstain).
I updated the wiki [1].

Regards and blessings,
Laura V
