[IAEP] GSoC 2017

I've submitted an application to Google Summer of Code on behalf of Sugar
Labs. I am hopeful that we will get some great interns again this summer.
But I need your help:
(1) please let me know if you are interested in being a mentor;
(2) please add potential project ideas to [1].

Our focus this year is less on moonshots and more on stability so please
keep this in mind when drafting your ideas.
