[IAEP] Correction Needed on the SL wiki [wiki bug]

Hi Dave, Walter,

I understand you have been helping out with the updates to the decisions
wiki page and therefore I'm reporting to you I found the following bug on
the 2016-05-11 motion, it states:

Google Summer of Code to disperse the mentor stipend among themselves as
they see fit. : (3 votes for, 1 vote against, and 4 abstains)


For a total of 8 votes. I believe this was made by email but I have no
access to all possible votes as I wasn't part of the board at the time.
