[IAEP] Priority languages to translate Sugar

Thanks Sora for the addition to the list. I hope more Deployments in need
of translation get to share their need by adding their idea/proposal to the
list.

Caryl,

The way I see it, Sugarizer like Sugar Network are already part of the
Sugar Learning Platform.

>From the translation POV, we will always have two strategic lines of action
to be able to increase our "Current Number of Sugar Users" Indicator:

(A) Keep current users happy (typically come from an OLPC deployment)
+ (B) Add new users per period (those we will be able to get by execution
of X or Y strategy)

The Sugar Projects Translation Fund is an invitation (yes also an strategy)
to Current users to propose a translation project that will make a valuable
difference for their learning experience. Here we have the first group:
Shipibo, Ashaninka, Wampy, Muisca, Haitian Creole and Miskito (so far).

That said, I see no problem with open the list to proposals/ideas that
target to increase the (B) New users period indicator, like Sebastian's
proposal for Dakota (US), Navajo (US), Mapuche (Chile), etc

I have set the following Goals for the Fund: (of course feedback is welcome)

To have a list of no less than 10 Sugar translations projects proposals for

Get 10/10 2016 translation proposals/projects funded

Truth is there are a lot of resources in the world's economy to
succsesfully execute all proposed projects. Those of us with experience
should facilitate the funding process and help organize the time table so
we can all make them happen.
