[IAEP] [SLOBS] Motions to create position of Translation-Community Manager

Hi Tony,

I might not have been clear.

I'm talking about giving a chance to the community members to apply for the
"job".

I can tell many members of the board already have a candidate in mind,
still, in my humble opinion, an opportunity should be given to all
community members to apply.
